You will enjoy your stay there from the first second you arrive until the last minutes when you have to leave. We would highly recommend this place as it was the best experience in New zeeland!!! The rooms are so pretty and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is outstanding with nice fresh homegrown vegetables and fruits. The outsight is a paradise for children with the fireplace, the spa and the tennis court and not to forget the chickens.

Other family were around the corner in walking distance beach front property was great for the kids and safe. I went walking with my brother into Russell, the hill back took the wind out of us but was great got our steps up! The owners were easy to deal with very nice people.

Located in Paihia in the Northland region, with Te Ti Bay Beach and Paihia Harbour nearby, Bonnie view spa pool and sauna provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The air-conditioned accommodation is 11 km from Opua Forest. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking villa features a sauna. The location was perfect with just a short 5 min walk into town, and the view was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable and king sized as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make breakfast in the morning. The deck was large with assorted chairs and loungers. The hot tub was nice but had an issue I will mention later.

Location was fantastic!, accommodation was lovely and clean. beds comfortable, kitchen was well stocked i.e salt pepper foil , coffee machine, etc. cannot complain

The spacious villa with a terrace and sea views features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The wonderful views with the peace and tranquility. The property was comparable to none facilities wise. We have stayed in many rental holiday properties but Top House Lodge was by far the best.
