Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

Situated in Rotorua, 15 km from Rotorua International Stadium, Hana Lodge features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The hotel provides garden views, a terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available. Great starting point for Hobbiton with fabulous grounds and an idyllic breakfast. Comfortable rooms and real pillows (!) with views out of all sides.

Every unit is fitted with a kettle and a private bathroom with a shower and bathrobes, while certain rooms have a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a stovetop. At the bed and breakfast, all units have bed linen and towels. Monika was a delightful host. She met us with fresh baked bread and gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. It was wonderful talking with her and she was very warm and helpful. The little cottage was so clean and cozy and their property was beautiful and well taken care of. We enjoyed a spectacular sunset and relaxed in the hot tub after a long day of travel. The following morning we enjoyed the fresh baked bread and delicious homemade jams and yogurt. Our only disappointment was that didn't have more time to spend there. Thank you Monkia and Rolf for providing a quaint and cozy stay. We hope to return again!

Featuring a spa bath, Fairway Cottages is set in Rotorua. Built in 2022, the property includes hot tub and spa centre. The apartment offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Loved the location overlooking the golf course. Quiet, beautiful. Cottage was amazing. Lovely layout and beautiful modern facilities. Would go there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Lyn was an excellent host and very accommodating.

Located in Tauranga, Palm Paradise with Spa is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.6 km from Papamoa Beach and 12 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. A hot tub is available for guests. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything! Great location, beautiful inside and out, super clean with amazing sheets and comforters, nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash, kitchen fully stocked and lovely, spa pool and all towels were very nice! Steve was the greatest host and us 8 adults were super comfortable here!

Guests staying at this apartment have access to a balcony. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and we appreciated the range of breakfast foods provided. Fantastic spa and pool.

Situated in Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty region, McLaren Lake View features accommodation with access to a hot tub. The property has lake and river views, and is 26 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We loved the quiet space it provided. So relaxing and tranquil. With amazing scenery. The hosts were so amazing and welcoming!! We wish we had stayed longer. Will be back again for sure.

Specifically, the guidebook and the blackboard display the information. The best thing was the customer service. They answer in seconds. Very friendly.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 4.3 km from Rotorua International Stadium, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 11 km from Paradise Valley Springs. Entrance to the apartment was via electronic lock and the code was sent ahead of time. I found that the communication from Grant was exceptional and I felt like I was well informed at all times. My car was parked securely in front of my apartment (off the road)
