The hotel is located within a commercial complex in the centre of the town, easy to park and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around. The stuff members are all very friendly. We liked the room - very modern, spacious, comfortable beds, nice toiletries..... The room was on the 1st floor, facing to the parking space, but it was quiet at night. Highly recommended if you are travelling

My husband and I stopped over for the night at Cathy’s place and we couldn’t have asked for more. The check in was super easy and the location was perfect for us, away from the bustle of the city yet close enough to get there. The area is peacefully quiet. Cathy’s an incredible host who goes all out to make the stay at her place a five star experience. She’s put thought into everything from the comfort of the room to ensuring we were well fed before we headed out for the day. All is perfect. How great it was! It was much more than I expected. Rooms were wide clean, all facilities were very convenient such as laundry and washing machines. Especially, good for cooking. Furthermore, the bathroom was good, the bedrooms were cozy and outdoor view was fantastic. The most of all, the fee was very appropriate and reasonable. We were so sorry not to have time to enjoy all kinds of activities such as kayak, yacht etc which were provided by accommodation because of having been late. All were well equipped eventhogh we didn't have opportunity to use them. I strongly recommend house.

Absolutely amazing. Cozy, warm, clean, spacious, luminous, lovely owner. One of the best place I've stayed. This was my base camp to explore Hobbiton, Waitomo caves and Roturoa. If I come back I would redo exactly the same!

Very nice and clean. Easy check in. Calm environment on the countryside. Super nice to be able to use their hot bubble bath.

This is a most unique place to stay. The house sits at the end of a private avenue of cherry trees and nestles in an idyllic garden setting. Such passion has gone into the surroundings to create a truly fairytale like setting. The hosts are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much for them to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.
