The staff were amazing — warm, professional, and always ready to help. They made us feel so welcome. The food? Incredible. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. This was literally a Spiritual experience. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!

Incredibly beautiful, you can tell they take really good care of it, mountains in the background are unbelievable. Clearly built with the environment in mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. One of our laptops was stolen in the airport, and Hector the manager helped us file a police report and Maria even accompanied us and waited with us and helped with translations. The chef is also incredibly creative and even made to order meals for us that weren’t on the menu. The breakfast is also expansive and delicious and the service especially from Charlie was impeccable. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a very early train to Machu Picchu. It got a little chilly at night but they lit the fire for us in our room which was more than enough. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the heater, which made it extra comfortable. Despite our late-night arrival, they warmly welcomed us, and when we had to leave early in the morning, they thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfasts for our group. They even helped us arrange transportation to the train station. Very kind staff and an excellent place to stay in Ollantaytambo!
