The staff were exceptional, couldn't fault the receptionists, the cleaning and room service staff and the kitchen staff and waitresses! The room was bigger than I had expected, bed was huge and super comfortable! I used the AC to warm the room and it worked wonders. The balcony was great, it gets sun for most of the morning and day and the sunrises were lovely. There was a kitchen in the room with a well stocked and fairly cheap minibar as well as a sofa and table to work from the laptop. The breakfast was great, constantly topping up items before they ran out - option to have it serviced in bed but it's nice to go down and look over the sea or you can take it to your room and sit on the balcony - good options for breakfast. The receptionists and all staff across the hotel were very welcoming, helpful and great to chat to to find out any information! They also saved me a few trips to the supermarket as they had the items available at the front desk! Great location and great service, I booked an extra night!! Everywhere was clean!

It’s amazing place to stay! hotel is nice, clean, has tasty breakfast. and it’s so convenient to have access to thermals any part of the day you wish. We really enjoyed our stay, warm welcome, always smiling girls on the reception. we liked the food in the bar, they serve light meals. and it was so pleasant to sit there in the evening. listen to live music and eat octopus salad (highly recommend!!). special thanks to the hotel for the small robe for my daughter to use it for thermals.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lusitano Garden Villas. The place is calm, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is perfect only 5 minutes from the airport, Romeu was super helpful and friendly, always giving me great tips about visiting places. I also loved the horse riding experience, which was unforgettable, The owner João is very kind, always around, and clearly cares a lot about the place. Highly recommended!

The place is located inside of botanical garden, so there’s plenty to explore inside the property, and lots of places to hang out at. The staff was very friendly, not a corporate hotel but a cosy guest house: you get to meet and chat to the same staff every day, so they start feeling like your friends/family at breakfast.

Incredible hospitality and super friendly family owners. Ana and her family went above and beyond to make our stay happy and relaxed. They made sure everything was clean and comfy, gave us a detailed overview of Sao Miguel and shared travel tips and recommendations from local. My wife had a birthday during our stay and they celebrated for her - it's felt very much like home. We stayed at the two bedrooms apartments which was super comfy, spacious and well equipped. This place is a true hidden gem in Sao Miguel! Highly recommended

Very clean, modern and well-equipped apartment. The staff is super helpful and attentive. Great location in Ponta Delgada - we had a huge terrace with a sea view from the living room and a view of a beautiful old church from the bed room. Lovely breakfast with lots of healthy alternatives. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

The most wonderful place to stay on the island. Green area, full of peace, very comfortable appartment with garden giew. Also free eggs, fruits, avocado right from the garden! Place is run by amazing host with big heart - Claudia. Thank you for all, it was great pleasure to spend our holiday here :)
