We really liked the little attentions they gave us, such as the tea entrance or the rosé for the birthday with a cake. We also liked the hotel itself.

Our stay was a fantastic experience, thanks mostly to wonderful staff (special thanks to Andre), who definitely exceeded any expectations we might have had regarding customer service. They made us feel like VIPs and although I could see that was their usual treatment of all guests, it still made us feel special :) Add a perfect location - close to Praca do Comercio and Pink Street, but quiet and easily accessible - and complimentary food and drinks for hotel guests. Breakfasts were amazing - with various dishes a la carte, several types of healthy juices, impeccable service. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern appliances, including multi-sensory shower cabin). The nearby restaurant recommended by Andre, was a great culinary experience.

Guests can relax at the hotel’s large, 3000 m2 luxury spa. It offers massage therapies and beauty treatments, such as mesotherapy and facial treatments as well as an aqua circuit with swimming pools, hot tubs and a fully equipped gym. We were given a noisy room and they rectified it quickly and without complaint. They have a shuttle taking guests into the city centre but obviously only during the day so location is a minor negative. Restaurants are excellent.

Featuring pool views, Villa Vista provides accommodation with patio, around 35 km from Jeronimos Monastery. This villa features a pool with a view, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy garden views. Once again, a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing quality time for a family of 5. We were there last summer, we repeated it again this year and we are looking forward to return next summer as well.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. It felt like home. Big shared area downstairs with comfortable sofas and chair, and plenty of books to read. Extra library upstairs. Amazing views that bring joy to your heart and a peace to your mind. Very kind and professional staff. Amazing home-cooked breakfast and dinners!

Featuring city views, Geronimo Guest House Belém provides accommodation with an open-air bath, massage services and a garden, around 400 metres from Jeronimos Monastery. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The yard is amazing, based in a quite and cozy area. The room is cozy and clean. All other praise is to Jorge who greeted us: We met some challenges when we first arrived there that we lost one of our bags. It was so late but Jorge still accompied us and tried every way he could to help us. He can felt us anxiaty and upset, and showed his warm help. I really appreicated Jorge's help and he made me want to visit Portugal again. Thank you Jorge!

At the luxury tent, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Lovely hosts and beautiful place - really well done with clean and great facilities. This was glamping with all the luxuries . We loved our pods with individual hot tubs, air con and nice amenities. The breakfast was excellent and the pods perfect for star gazing. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!
