Solar do Requeijo by Luna Hotels & Resorts bevindt zich in Arcos de Valdevez, op 40 km van Sé Catedral de Braga, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een... Locatie.. super gelegen Gratis parkeren. En super vriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren prachtig in het bijgebouw. De deuren!!... we stonden zo verbaasd... grote glazen wand die wegdraaien... prachtig!!

Torel Saboaria is ideaal gelegen in Porto, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi en een tuin. Ontbijt was heel goed met service aan tafel en geen eten dat weggegooid hoeft te worden zoals dat vaak bij een buffet is.

Paraiso Douro ligt in Lamego, op 5,6 km van Nossa Senhora dos Remédios en 14 km van Museu do Douro. The place and view is amazing,rooms were clean and comfortable and the hosts were very well coming and warm.

Catalonia Porto is gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Porto, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi en een fitnesscentrum. Great staff, great hotel, they let us have later check out. Very cool pool area and spa as well.

Castelo Hotel bevindt zich in Chaves, op 3 minuten lopen van spa van Chaves, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, privéparkeren en een bar. Such a great surprise. Everything was very well managed. The hotel is excellent, the facilities are very new, the king room is perfect, and the service was amazing. Thank you so much, Ana! You made our experience not only at the hotel but also in Chaves so much better. The location is also a must — Chaves is not big, but the hotel is very central, which allows you to reach everything within walking distance. The breakfast was great, very diverse and with fresh fruit. The spa is not too big, but I found it just perfect since you need to book in advance (10€ per person per time slot), which reduces the chance of it being overcrowded. There are three shifts available during the day, and you need to choose one (or multiple). Massages are also available (they need to be paid separately).

Torel Avantgarde bevindt zich in het centrum van Porto, op 10 minuten wandelen van de rivier de Douro en op 750 meter van de iconische Clérigos-kerk. Very artistic beautiful interior with lots of creativity and love for details. Invites to stay!!! I wws able to enjoy a massage - Sarah is incredibly gifted! All the boys at the reception desk make your day with their charming helpful way and all the staff is really talented and make you feel special! Obrigada!

Vale de São Torcato Hotel Rural ligt in Guimarães, op 4,3 km van het iconische kasteel van Guimarães. Beyond my expectations ! Great welcome by Jose & Maria at the restaurant ! Great team ! It’s one of my favorite hotel now.

Imaginário d'El Rei ligt in Mesão Frio, op 35 minuten rijafstand van Lamego. Deze accommodatie beschikt over een zonneterras en een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad. Very charming, family-run hotel in the hills of the Douro Valley with not only an extraordinary view on the bending river. But most strikingly - the house has personality which obviously reflects the owner’s passion for place, history and intimacy. Vintage items, personal photos here and there makes you feel like staying at a friends’ place who also has lovely recommendations at hand when you look for places to explore. And if you want to just relax and enjoy the view - the hotel’s pool and the surrounding terraces are just perfect to calm down. Moreover: one of us was sick during our stay - and the hosts were super helpful, understanding and supporting, this was extraordinary. Thank you so much!

- Offering a natural setting in Ribeira de Pena, a 30 minute-drive from Guimarães and Vila Real, Pena Park Hotel features an indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, a spa and a wellness centre. Beautiful place if you are traveling in north Portugal and the huge plus is the 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the adventure park. Hotel is lovely with an amazing outdoor pool, great service, option for a chef dinner that we enjoyed. we took the suite room and the only issue with that is the bed, which was too soft for us and not really comfortable. Area is so green and great for hiking.
