Excellent hotel experience! The service at reception was outstanding, with one incredibly kind and helpful individual. We had a parking issue and she truly went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

Great place to chill in at winter, all possible wellness facilities including outdoor jacuzzi under the snowfall :) Stuff is friendly, meals and deserts very testy and of a great variety, rooms of a decent size, hotel is new itself so everything works as a clockwork. Many families with the small kids and toddlers, hotel is a family hotel indeed. Drive carefully, roads via mountains can be tricky.

High class accomodation. The wellness is great. The stuff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Perfectly clean. Everything you need for ski/hiking vacation.

The modern Panorama Resort hotel is located directly at Štrbské Pleso. A wellness area with Finnish, steam, and infrared saunas can be found on the ground floor just behind the reception.

Everything vas exceptional. From food, to hotel staff - we were very pleased with everything. Like EVERYTHING. Not a thing that was remotely bad. Really great hotel, with amazing nature. The made us feel very special, even opened the bar after closing time. Everybody made sure we are all happy and satisfied.

The hotel has an exceptionally stylish and well-thought-out design that reflects the surrounding nature of this lovely place. Absolutely everything is new, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The wellness area is wonderful – with pool, saunas, and excellent natural cosmetics. I especially appreciated the very thoughtful, caring and warm staff, and a big THANKS to the hotel director Mrs. Brezinová for her sensitive and supportive help and her goodwill during check-in. Can highly recommend. Best place we ,stayed. The Staff, accommodation and the breakfasts were great... Plenty of choice at breakfast, hot and cold... Easy to find and good parking.. . Great location for local attractions.
