I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo in Phuket, Thailand. I stayed for about nine nights, and honestly, it was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff ( Mai and Pleng and Mon and Salmon) were incredibly friendly and welcoming ( many thanks for them ). And the staff of house keeping they were amazing. Their warmth really made my experience special. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket

The pool is really nice. The sunset was incredible. The room was amazing, with comfy beds, an amazing view and was also very spacious. The staff are really nice and will get everything done pretty quickly. The breakfast was really good.

Very nice and quiet place, room with a sea view was amazing. Pleasant staff and exceptional service (when returning in the dark, the security guard even lights the path with a flashlight:) Nice breakfast, lots of choice and tasty food. Best experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here. After having to change our room after the first night due to an unpleasant damp/ mold smell, we got a beach access ground floor room in one of the new buildings (area 6), which was exceptional - very fun for our son to jump straight to the pool from the room's terrace. The staff was extremely prompt and helpful with the room changing situation. Super comfortable bed and pillows, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with so many options to choose from. Highly recommend the Drift beachfront restaurant for dinner - one of the best steak and grilled shrimps we ever had! Beach was also very nice, with fine sand and amazing viewing of the sunsets.

The hotel was very clean and offered excellent, well-maintained rooms. The pool areas were spacious, and sunbeds were always available. The beach, bay, and sea were absolutely beautiful — perfect for snorkeling, and the hotel even provides snorkeling equipment. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.

Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.
