I got an upgraded room immediately without even asking! First of all - you constantly feel that you are a very special and dear guest. Guys from reception know your name and in which room you live, waiters remember in a couple of days what you like, animation team celebrates with you all your victories and chit-chats each time you see each other... We've spent 7 nights and there was no single time when I put aside a dish cause it wasn't good enough - everything we've tried was between "tasty" and "wow delicious!". Akdeniz serves more restaurant-style (steaks, shrimps, sashimi and so on) dishes and the vibe is really great. Don't expect Micheline stars and lobsters but all in all - really good. The same goes for cocktails. The variety and quality of included drinks are mind-blowing (Hennesy, Olmeca etc.) House-keeping ladies are doing an amazing job, all the necessities are replenished, mini-bar is regularly re-stocked, and clothes are nicely folded... We had a very pleasant touch on the last day - a bottle of good Italian Prosecco and sweets. That was absolutely unexpected and so sweet! Great evening entertainment (just the right amount and quality of the performances)! Nice SPA-facilities, if you don't like the prices in SPA - wait a bit, they have amazing Sales-managers and you could get a great discount (around 30%) if you negotiate a bit :) Massage quality is higher than usually in the resorts but not top-notch. You can order pillows and yoga equipment in the room! Basically everything was so amazing that I have booked vacations in a year somewhere in the mid of my stay and now considering a shorter visit in a couple of months. If you are concerned about the weather: at the beginning of December there were 3 days when I could swim in the sea and outdoor pool and 4 days when the indoor pool did the job.

Its one of the greatest hotel we have ever stayed. Food variety , staff, cleanliness, location, beach(its one of the best beach you can ever see), pool everything was top notch. As a ex hotelier , I can easily say this hotel is perfect example of how a 5 star All inclusive hotel should be. Speacial thanks to reception team for being always accommodating and helping us to have our room upon arrival. And also Ferdi and Nadide at F&B team at main restaurant. They are super kind and helpful. Definetely coming back!

At the accommodation guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub and a Turkish bath. You can play table tennis, darts and tennis at Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive, and bike hire and car hire are available. All meals/ options were amazing, choice was great, even the paid restaurants on site were of a high std especially the Saffron turkish restaurant, was exceptional as was all the staff in all areas of the hotel.

Congrats to the entire team and managers who all did their best to satisfy really all our needs and requirements and from all other guests in the best way possible. Pool, Hotel, rooms are always perfect cleaned. Cocktails are delicious and huge variety. Food is really fresh, delicious, super varied and different every day and evening. Sometimes even in the breakfast. A la carte restaurants are really delicious also. Quietness of the resort helps you disconnect. Sport activities along with the fitness instructor are an enormous plus. He is so much fun and joy and knowledgeable in the same time! Helped us learn to dance and train daily. Hotel manager is absolutely non stop present and everywhere, taking care of connecting with people in a genuine way and listening to their needs or feelings. This for sure is the biggest plus. Along with the other managers and captains (bar and restaurant captains, super friendly and helpful all the time). Beach is not so far away as in the comments. 2-4 minutes walk from hotel straight to the private beach where u have your own towels received nicely in a bag in your room when u arrive. And drinks on the beach also.
