The breakfast have a lot of variety despite the small area but it is perfect with the guest that the hotel have. The staff are very approachable and accommodating even during reservation stage, they make sure that you are all set before arriving. They also allow you to store your luggage if you arrived before check in and also after check out if your flight is a bit later, so you can walk around without dragging your luggage with you. The location was perfect as well. There is a small store right beside the hotel where you can buy your necessities and it is open until late in the evening. And there are a lot i mean aaa lot of restaurants outside of the hotel. There are stores as well where you can buy souvenirs which is cheaper compared to buying it in the touristic places. Also the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia was just 17 minutes walk from the hotel and the grand bazar is 14 minutes walk only. What I like more is that the area is not so populated you can still have your peace walking around. This hotel is Highly recommended. I would prefer to stay here if we will be back to Istanbul in the future.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The entire property was spotless, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas exceeded our expectations. The indoor pool was one of the highlights of our visit — beautifully maintained, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm and cooperative attitude made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was another standout feature, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that we genuinely looked forward to every morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay to the maximum. The combination of comfort, excellent service, and great facilities made our experience unforgettable. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

First of all, thank you to Address Istanbul for making my stay so delightful. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt exceptionally welcome. I appreciate when people pay attention to the details in hospitality, and Address Istanbul excels at this. My overall rating is a 10/10, and I want to extend my special thanks to all the employees for their outstanding work. They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The location is superb; just a few steps from the beating heart of Istanbul. The rooms were excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But most of all, the people were exceptional. They discovered it was my birthday so they upgraded us to a larger room, and surprised us with a cake & candles in the lobby of the hotel. Everyone was always available, willing to answer any questions, or help out with anything a guest may need. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul - We are certainly coming back again !!!

Upon arrival, the room I was assigned didn't quite match the photos I had seen during booking, which made me a little unsure if I had received the correct room. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been given a corner room, and it was quite spacious as advertised – exactly what I needed! I also appreciated that it was located further away from the elevator, resulting in less foot traffic and a quieter environment. The room had an interesting feature – an extra door, suggesting it could be part of a connecting/family room. Thankfully, the neighboring room was unoccupied during my stay, so noise wasn't an issue. However, I do have some concerns about the soundproofing between rooms and corridor. Breakfast, while not having an extensive selection, was perfectly satisfactory for me, and I had no complaints. In terms of location, some popular spots were within walking distance. However, it's worth noting that Istanbul has a steep terrain, so walking everywhere might be challenging for some. I would recommend considering taxis for getting around if you choose to stay at this hotel.
