I would especially praise Mr. Almaz for his guest relations, the waiters in the lobby bar, the waiters at the night snack and the lifeguards at the children's pool. What I liked the most was the beach with sun loungers, the pier, the sauna in the spa, the heated children's pool with slides.

All the rooms are decorated with wooden furniture, carpeted floors. Air conditioned rooms also have a work desk, a minibar, satellite LED TV and a bathroom. Free WiFi is also available in all units of the hotel. Great pool view from the room. My job was at the airport so the free shuttle service was very convenient. Excellent breakfast.

Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for couples looking to unwind in a luxurious setting. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. I highly recommend this suite to anyone looking for a romantic escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.
