Nice outdoor area which was opened up to the pool on hot days (we enjoyed watching the thunderstorm pass by!). On site Restaurant ok - burgers were very good though. Driving or longish walking distance to town takeaways and restaurants. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

If your visit to Springdale is for hiking in Zion national park, the location of De Novo is perfect. We were so close to the park that we were able to beat all the other guests and find parking - but if you want a late start, the park shuttle also comes directly to the property. The views from our room were also exceptional and the renovation is fantastic. The quiet area of Springdale also offered a surprising amount of good dining and coffee shop options. We look forward to staying again.
