Located 1 mile from the New Orleans French Quarter, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a whirlpool. Free Wi-Fi is also included. Staff were the highlight for me. It is in a super safe neighborhood. Won't be able to enter the hotel (except at the guarded main entrance) or take the lift to anywhere without a key card. I stayed there for a little over 11 nights and had the most wonderful chats with the staff there. Everyone is so lovely! I was given a free upgrade! It was a nice little 1 bhk, excellent (except for a couple of thjngs), excellent washroom and basin, wonderful bedroom with the best view (again thanks to all the staff at the reception). I cannot appreciate and thank the staff more. I don't know if it's Southern hospitality or New Orleans but they were possibly the best staff I hsbe ever come across. Ready smile, warm greeting, and they genuinely want you to have a good time. The security guards at the entrance have the best suggestions for tourists-- places only locals would know.

This historic New Orleans hotel offers modern conveniences in a nineteenth-century town home within walking distance of Bourbon Street. Beautiful and quiet apart-hotel on a street that runs just parallel to Bourbon Street - so great access to all the bars and restaurants and vibes, but without the noise. The moment we stepped into Grenoble House, we felt safe and welcome. Front desk staff were delightful, especially Michael and James, and were always helpful with tips and recommendations. The courtyard is also lovely, with spacious seating areas, a small (dipping) pool and a hot tub (actually hot). The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the self-service coffee machine and bottled water at the reception, and the coffee there became our daily cuppa. Overall, Grenoble House was a great base for us for our 5 days in NOLA and we really enjoyed our time there.

The room and overall hotel had old school charm mixed with modern luxury. The ameneties within the room and the hotel were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met promptly. The staff also kindly arranged champagne to celebrate our special stay. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the French Quarter, with every sight within walking distance.
