It is run by local owners, and the staff are very approachable and professional. The breakfast area is very nice with the usual fare, but very adequate. It doesn't come across as a chain hotel with no sense of ownership.

Every building had something crazy weird or amazing that made it such a unique and beautiful experience. I felt bad for leaving my kids but this place is just what we needed. Can't wait to come back. ❤️

Situated close to the Cascade Mountain Range and top-rated ski trails, this family-friendly resort offers numerous recreational activities and various amenities. The pool area was absolutely amazing. The kids and parents loved it!

Recently renovated condo on the way to Mt Bachelor. Very comfortable and clean with onsite hot pools, sauna, ice rink and a small pub. Location is very convenient as it is a bot out of town, so you don't have to to deal with traffic and noise in the city.

Exceptional place to stay. Beatufil location right along the Deschutes. Nice interior style, very new, robust, high quality furniture. Supply of breakfast items totally sufficient for us and not even advertised. Also drinks, joghurts, coffee for free no limits. For the price you got everything you expected but even more: Boats, canues, float device to use for free. Adrian and Darcey even offered us to drop us somewhere in the National Forest, so we could do a river float on the Deschutes. On top of that they offered to put up a tent for me, so my parents could use the room for themselves, no extra charge. If could have given it a "11" I would have.
