Everything was perfect, the guy gave us higher room than we booked, the room was see view and huge nice beds, And there is Jenny who helped us booking a 5 star cruises, which was one the best cruises we have ever tried. Hotels breakfast and rooms and generally everything was perfect, Thank you, next time we'll definetly stay here.

Everything was good , staff are friendly and know thier work well especially Jessica, she helped us and did thier work perfectly, know what tourist want and help them with everything they need. As a travel blogger, I consider Calista a hidden gem – perfect for a luxury getaway with amazing natural views. The scenery was stunning: morning mist, emerald waters, and limestone islands that looked like a dream. I could even take beautiful photos right from my bed, thanks to the large window in my room. The service onboard was excellent – warm, attentive, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. Everything from the food to the comfort to the views was 10 out of 10. If you ever get the chance, don’t miss this experience. It’s truly unforgettable.

Absolutely amazing cruise with wonderful activities and delicious food. The boat is beautiful and the entire crew was fantastic, especially Sunny and Johny. They clearly cared about the guests and treated us so well.

Το Velar of the Sea Cruise βρίσκεται σε Ha Long και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στη θάλασσα. The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

I went on a 3-day, 2-night cruise, and it was absolutely incredible. The boat is super luxurious, the food is fantastic, the pool is warm, and the sundeck offers a wonderful happy hour. This is by far the best cruise to experience in Ha Long Bay. Duck, our waiter, was outstanding, and the entire crew was exceptional. I am a hotel operator myself, and the attention to detail is A+ Just book the cruise. It's insane
