Breakfast with the ala carte menu gave a good spread and a cozy space with attentive staff Kylie & Amelia & male colleagues. The spacious room was quiet, even had a letter fr the GM to inform us about the renovations/noise of the neighbouring pty which only happened during daytime. The location is accessible to all attractions & F&B yet quiet. Clean rooms & welcome tray of fresh fruits. Efficient lift. Also compliment Louis for recommending a bakery & friendly staff Lily and the bellhops. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after days of exploring. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi, allowing us to walk to all the major tourist attractions, as well as plenty of charming cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions we had. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
