The hotel staff (managers to receptionists to concierge) ensured that our comfort was top priority - we were a family of 5 with three teenagers. They were kind enough to allow us early check in 3 hours before (they didn't have to; thank you once again). At each interaction with the staff they went above and beyond to ensure guests comfort. The location of hotel is great (if you like to explore the old city on foot, look no further). The hotel staff is kind enough to arrange and recommend top tour operators.

The room was great, with incredibly comfortable beds and a clean and beautiful bathroom with hot water. The staff were very helpful, and they helped us prepare and print our documents to apply for a visa. The hotel was very centrally located, in the old town and with lots of restaurants around. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!!! Everything perfect from check-in to check-out. Lovely clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with a very effective and daily different "special of the day". Sky bar probably the best in Hanoi. Original cocktails that are really delicious and have power! However, the hotel staff deserves special mention. Exceptional service at the highest level. Always smiling, kind and willing to help in any matter and at any time.
