The spacious room was quiet, even had a letter fr the GM to inform us about the renovations/noise of the neighbouring pty which only happened during daytime. The location is accessible to all attractions & F&B yet quiet. Clean rooms & welcome tray of fresh fruits. Efficient lift. Also compliment Louis for recommending a bakery & friendly staff Lily and the bellhops. Great experience.

Lobby of the hotel is very unique and beautiful, rooms are modern and clean. We have nothing bad to say about it. Also, hotel has very good location - everything was close. If we come back to Hanoi, it will be our first choice.
