Very good service. Our limousine bus back to HCM didn't pick us up, but the reception was very nice in assisting us in calling the company & booking us a sleeper bus back to HCM!

Another day while I was on the beach, the gardeners were working and they opened a fresh coconut for me free of charge. I left my laptop on the desk everyday and the cleaning staff respected everything I left in my room. I highly appreciate the warm welcome, the friendly and very happy staff and the fact that all the employees are really honest and they cared about me all the time.
