We didn't arrive until 2100 but it was no problem and the night managers were very welcoming. We were in the Diamond Grande Suite which is huge. Very comfortable lots of space for luggage, comfortable lounge sofa and chairs, large desk and a fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is an A la carte menu for for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great choices and wonderful food. The Bedford Centre mall is less than 10mins away and while the Villa offers a laundry service we went to Wizard of Wash Laundry at the Centre which has self service machines. Such a wonderful peaceful property.

They really made my birthday extra special so I really appreciate their efforts . The kitchen facilities had everything we needed & the chalet was very clean . A big 10/10 from me. The jacuzzi & braai area enabled us to bond nicely cos there is enough privacy for each chalet
