- Very friendly staff that helps you with everything! - Rooms were very nice, clean, well equiped (e.g. new bottles of water, coffee and tea every day), comfortable bed, nice shower, always very clean! - The pool is warm, clean and always sunny - We booked breakfast once (the other days we immediatly went into the city) but wish we did more! Delicious breakfast with lots of choice at a very decent price - price / quality is absolutely good - It’s a 17 min walk to the nearest metro station (we visited a lot by public transport) but that was okay for us, the neighborhood is clean and safe

I like the Rove hotel chains, this particular hotel is ideally located, close to the metro and the Museum of the Future. The receptionists are caring, I remembered Bekzat and another receptionist who remembered my name and greeted me personally, it was very nice🥰. Convenient that on the first floor there is a supermarket where you have everything you need. Next time in Dubai I will not even look for other options, I will definitely come to you🫶🏻❤️

Definitely worth a visit my suggestion would be take a metro...

Definitely worth a visit my suggestion would be take a metro to Al Ras Station this means catching a train on the Red line towards Centrepoint however you must change at Burjuman this interchange station between Red and Green lines Al Ras Station in on the Green line but only a couple of stops and then a short walk.

Hard hearted selfish uneducated uncultured poorly mannered money grabbing sales people in this whole city everywhere you go and gets at its worst in the Gold souk as it’s too many shops selling the same things. I’m guessing the sales and advisers are under immense pressure by their bosses to sell and meet targets without any customer service. There is no such thing as customer service experience in Dubai anywhere in retail sector just an aggressive money grabbing city in terms of shopping experience, one of the worst places in the world for customer service scores which should be a fat 0/10 or minus if possible. Dubai isn’t what it used to be. It’s full of underpaid suffering employees / workers on heavy pressure to grab customers money. The staff think their job is to hard sell and make a customer feel bad for walking in there. Far too aggressive and pushy overpriced rip off place not worth a look let alone a buy! You have to haggle hard but even then you will be ripped off and highly likely to have the worst shopping experience of your life!!

Very interesting shops in the Gold Souk. Bargain and you will get a lower price to suit your wallet (within reason). Jewellers always make a profit even though they say they don't make any if they settle at your price

Location was excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the Creek and the Gold Souk. The Staff were excellent and even though there was an issue with the booking, which they admitted was their fault, they quickly arranged everything and had us in a room with no time wasted. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff. The small restuarant was excellent and the cheapest of anything else around

The location, cleanliness. It's just 100 mtrs from the train station and less than a kilometre away from the Gold Souk. The environment and rooms were very clean.

The property was very well located. Next to the Gold Souk and 5 mins walk to Al Raz metro station. My room was very spacious with separate bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. Good cold fridge in the room with kettle cups and plates.
