We stayed for 6 days in this property, the friendliness and welcome are of a high level, the service is luxury, the team is always ready to satisfy your needs even before you have to ask for something. The cleanliness in the rooms is extraordinary, there has never been anything out of place. Dubai is a fantastic city, for my next trip to Dubai the choice will definitely be the Taj. Well this is gonna be long but worth it. Where do I begin? I booked a room with a partial view to the burj but when we checked in the representative upgraded us to a room with a view to the canal, on 21 floor (out of 24) and which was 70 square feet!!! It was sooo beautiful and big! The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff cleaned the room TWICE a day, and they even surprised us with balloons and cake for our honeymoon 🥹 The breakfast was good, although I have to say that the coffee took way too much time to be ready, but I'm really being petty here :) I would like to specifically thank Ayham, who was very kind. Also, I want to thank Nikun and Indah, who took good care of us during checkout and even brought us 4! Boxes of date and chocolate!! My thanks to all of the staff that I didn't write down their names but did such a wonderful job. We can't wait to come back!!
