Very friendly people (who speak both German and English), check-in went smooth and was flexible. Large & clean room and bathroom, breakfast was very nice. Sufficient free parking availability in front of the hotel and Wifi works very well. The location is on walking distance to all restaurants in the center of Altenmarkt. There was also place to store your bike. I had an excellent stay and can definitely recommend this place.

The property provides the local "Mobilitätskarte" for free which allows the use of the public transport for free.

Extremely warm hospitality from the charming owner, who also helped greatly with local advice. The whole place was perfectly presented in every way, including the good- sized pool. Excellent and varied breakfast with coffee already on the table. Extremely convenient location and plentiful onsite parking.

Anita, was very accommodating and understanding. Her helpful and kind nature made our stay extremely comfortable. She even upgraded us to a bigger room for free, without request. It is a fantastic hotel. They think about everything you may need when travelling with small kids. However the staff at the restaurant was the top. Such a friendly team running with hot plates among kids everywhere and still with a smile on their face. Wow! Food was absolutely delicious. We will hopefully arrive again.
