Everything was great! Staff was friendly, room was big and with such attention to details! Great amenities, soft ballet themes, great design, comfy beds. There are even electric blinds so the room was completely dark in the morning - perfect for when sunrise is before 5! We stayed inside the room much more than planned, just because it was so much fun!

The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom had underfloor heating, which was nice. We had a room to the garden, and it was very calm. However, the garden is also a smoking area, so you can't open the window the whole time if the smell bothered you. I liked that we had the option to decline everyday cleaning and as a result you would get a voucher for the bar. (The hotel has an eco-friendly label and prides itself on that, justifiably so) Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The location was ideal for us. You have access to the U-Bahn, Tram, Bus, S-Bahn. It's close to the Prater. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The have a luggage drop with big lockers, so it's secured and only you have the key to access it.

EVERYTHING! This hotel is just the nicest. Some reviews pointed out how "dated" it is, but that adds to its charm, and it didn't feel that dated at all. My room was not cramped, and they had the basics you'd expect from a hotel. The staff were very warm, welcoming, helpful, and courteous. Their breakfast spread is generous. I could go on and on, but yes, amazing place to stay!

The location is perfect, only one stop to the center. I cannot find right words to describe the breakfast❤️❤️ It was amazing, very rich with many options; from gluten free, organic, bio-organic, vegan, home made… I also need to mention that the staff was very polite and kind. They gave us good recommendations about what to do. Strongly recommended 👍👍
