The staff were friendly and helpful, room beautiful, with a beautiful view, location close to our event, check out hassle free and extended to 11am if we needed it, staff super helpful. We were positioned to suit us (myself and 11yr old and 6yr old) and close to the pool and carpark.

Liz and Rich are so good! Rich gave us a lot of suggestions of sightseeing around, it’s very helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Liz cooked for us and was delicious, we had breakfast at a beautiful room. Our room was railway room, was big enough for 3 of us, the room was with beautiful decoration, clean and quiet. highly recommend!

I was surprised that the owner was so kind. The house was so nice to be close to downtown, and the view from home was so great. The bed was clean and the breakfast was so wonderful. Most of all, I was so touched by the warm care and service of the owner. It's the best house I've ever stayed in Australia. I'll be back again. Thanks Keith and Joy.
