I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

This is a very nice place to stay a few days to visit Brisbane, as it is very well located. It is 10min from Roma Street Station, and 15min from the city centre. The place is well staffed, very clean and tidy, and overall comfortable.

We had a queen room with ensuite being an older couple! We loved the view, the location (a great Indian restaurant down the road), close to supermarket and Roma street station. Staff were friendly also!
