Perfect location with gorgeous views of Sydney cityscape. Friendly check in, the hotel staffs were particularly helpful with small children. Absolutely loved the rooms with glass windows looking out to a couple of kangaroos just outside our bedrooms. Dinner at the restaurant is highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed the private santuary tour and got up close to rare Australian animal species. An exemplary social enterprise initiative. Your money will go a long way towards protection of endangered species.

Sydney Harbour

Where better to see the Sydney sights than from the water? Hop onto a harbour ferry to get a whole new angle on the city’s iconic shoreline. The 20-minute trip from Circular Quay to Darling Harbour is a shortcut to close-up views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, while the historic Manly Ferry cruises out to the stylish northern suburbs.

I have travelled all over the world and there is no harbor like ours! It is stunning and nothing as iconic as the Sydney Opera House or the Sydney Harbor Bridge! Visit Fort Denison, Shark Island or one of the many other scenic stops or just have a ferry ride. Gorgeous.

So many places to go to by ferry which run very frequently.

So many places to go to by ferry which run very frequently. If you are fortunate to be a pensioner you can travel all day for only $2.50 on trains, buses, ferries and light rail as well. You can even go to the Blue Mountains too for that cost.

Beautiful - Try late night cruise on an ordinary and cheap public ferry. It will take you around the harbour multiple stops and return you back to your starting point. Great sight-seeing at a fraction of the cost of touristic setups. And if any place takes your fancy jump off and rejoin the ferry later.

MY tip is: GO to Sydney Harbour!

MY tip is: GO to Sydney Harbour! It is beautiful and friendly and all the ferries coming and going are so delightful to watch and ride! We have been to Sydney 3 times (from USA) and we always have a great time! If you can, climb to top of bridge - and it was a climb for me (55years old) with my 21 year old and we both loved it! (one more step and I wouldn't have made it but there was not one more step!!)

Everything! The apartment was so spacious and well furnished. The kitchen meant we were able to eat in instead of having to take the kids out at night. The kids loved the pool. The location couldn’t have been better with access to public transport - buses and trains - and the Westfield shopping centre across the road. Views of Sydney harbour and the bridge could be seen from our apartment. Would highly recommend this property.

I loved the location of the property. Super close to cafes, restaurant's and a supermarket. I really liked the bakery that was open late, just 2 doors up from the Jensen it was called the grumpy baker. This place was reasonably priced and the food was delicious. Just a 5 minute walk to Kings Cross Station so very easy to get to by public transport. Only 20 minutes away from major land marks like the Sydney Opera house and Sydney Harbour Bridge. I had the best stay here. Bedding super comfy!

Clean spacious room. The hotel is a historic building. There is a swimming pool up on the roof top with a beautiful view of the Sydney harbour. Only a short walk to Circular Quay. Many restaurants and cafes in the area. Buffet breakfast is available. A bar right in the lobby. We are offered AUD $10 per night for being eco friendly to skip house keeping service . We used that towards our drinks at the bar.
