This property is a hidden gem. The staff, decor and location all were all great. The view from the main lobby of Sydney Harbour is just stunning and the location next to the zoo was such a treat. We woke up as saw kangaroos and emus outside our window. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

The observation floor and the bar below are no longer...

The observation floor and the bar below are no longer connected. The observation deck has all of the charm of a concrete parking lot, which was never made clear. The photos we paid for were never given to us; I would avoid. Or go to the bar instead. Great view with tables and chairs.
