I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

We arrived after a long flight, a bit shattered and we had a great welcome, easy room access and were relaxing with a drink after 15 minutes.. 😊 we had a super breakfast the next morning before hitting the road North to Noosa.

    Location was great as we needed to be close to the Wesley Hospital. Pity there aren't any food options around. Room smelt a bit musty on arrival but there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it has a 'wet' smell to it. The views were beautiful over the Brisbane river. The bed was hard but it did the job. Very spacious room but just needs a little bit of TLC.
