Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast and delightful staff. We stayed at the Marriott in Ghent after this and kept talking about how great our hotel in Bruges was. The breakfast has a good spread of everything you can ask for, including a variety of plant based milks. Everyone on the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, I can only remember one name, Delphine, who checked us in.
