We had an absolutely fantastic stay at 't Fraeyhuis. This boutique hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of a charming medieval town, surrounded by picturesque streets and historic architecture. The atmosphere is truly special—quiet, peaceful, and full of character. The hotel itself is a perfect mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. The rooms are newly renovated in a stylish, contemporary design, yet the common areas, including the stunning courtyard garden and cozy bar, reflect a lovely medieval-inspired aesthetic. It’s the best of both worlds. Our room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable with high-quality box spring mattresses, and despite the central location, it was completely quiet at night. The hotel is tucked into a delightful neighborhood, making it the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and luxurious stay in beautiful surroundings.

I use an electric wheelchair as I'm disabled. This was the best accessible hotel we stayed at on our 4 week European holiday. There were NO barriers at all for me to function on my own as a wheelchair user. Entry into the building from the side door could be done on my own, without help from someone else, and was completely flat. From the entrance to the room was completely flat (the acessible room is a true ground floor room). An elevator/lift took us to the breakfast room downstairs. The bathroom was exceptional for a wheelchair user. The hosts were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with treats not found at any other hotels we stayed. It was an expensive hotel, but worth the money for it's perfect location, room, and breakfast . A bonus was being able to park for a fee directly behind the hotel. It was expensive, but so nice to not have to drag luggage from the closest parking lot, on cobblestones, to the hotel. Be aware that parking spaces are limited (8 spaces) and you need to book ahead for it.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was amazing! There was a lot of choice and everything was delicious. Staff were very friendly. The location was perfect!
