Very kind and helpful staff, airport shuttle in the morning. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, I have not heard any traffic.

Good location, friendly staff, transportation to the airport arranged and coffee & croissant in the morning. Departure time of our flight was at 6:35 am from Charleroi. We took Flibco bus from Brussels to Charleroi airport and taxi to the hotel. Location and service provided by staff was excellent. Transportation to catch the early flight was provided with fresh coffee and warm croissants to wake travellers properly up. Highly recommended if your departure time is early in the morning 👍
