Everything was perfect. The employees were helpful and polity, de location was perfect (2 minutes from the Grote markt), and the room was spotless clean. The little extras in the room like the earplugs, hand creams, a note book made the stay in this lovely hotel extra nice.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Fleur de Ville hotel in Brussels during our trip to the London Music Festival, and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel takes great pride in offering top-notch service and comfort to its guests. Location: The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Brussels, Fleur de Ville provided us with easy access to all the city’s major attractions. Whether we wanted to explore the charming streets, enjoy a quiet stroll in nearby parks, or grab a bite at one of the many local eateries, everything was just a stone’s throw away. It made our short stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The Room: Our original room was modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless, reflecting the fact that the hotel is brand new. After our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. We reported this to the front desk, and we were immediately impressed by how proactive and kind the staff were. They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Breakfast: Breakfast at Fleur de Ville was a real treat. The selection was varied, fresh, and delicious, offering everything from traditional pastries to more hearty options. It was the perfect way to start our days in Brussels, and we looked forward to it each morning. The attention to detail and quality of the food was evident, and it certainly added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
