Very good breakfast, more than helpful staff willing to help us in any way. We were more than happy with our choice of hotel which is located in a very nice area, close to the airport, next to The Mall, free parking. We were given early check in and late check out since our flights were early in the morning when we arrived and our departure flight was late in the evening. If we visit Sofia again, Novotel will be our only choice!

The renovation has been made with very good taste and the rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you may need. Breakfast is delicious and can be served in your room. Highly recomended!

Fully renovated hotel rooms with wonderful beds and duvets, large TV with Netflix, nice view and super fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was amazing - they made me omelette and fresh juice, they serve fresh fruits and vegetables and great coffee! Staff is so nice, thanks so much for everything to the whole team!

great breakfast and facilities. the restaurant served exquisite plates of well-known receipes like for example a ceasar's salad with extra anchovies and quail eggs !!!!! efficient and accomodating staff. they have changed us room immediately when we complained about the heating . the robot butler "roomy" was a great idea. over all a great hotel !
