The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location if you have a concert at the Unimed. The breakfast was out of this world. The kitchen staff was so kind and fantastic. They ask you how would you like your eggs or other food and they will bring it to you. The buffet was so good too!! Already miss the breakfast!

1) Cleanliness: You don’t have to tell them, when you surrender your keys whenever you leave the hotel, they automatically clean your room. They would replace your towel, take out trash, fix your bed each time! 2) Breakfast: When you decide a breakfast time for yourself, they will deliver your breakfast to your room each morning. It consists of 2 types of Bread, Ham and Cheese, Coffee and Milk, a Biscuit, and fruits! 3) Overall Vibe: During the week of my stay here (February 2025), no construction going on, no noises! As a solo female traveler, I definitely felt safe throughout my stay. I work remotely too. I encountered some internet lagging, but overall I was able to work well.

I chose Leques Brasil Hotel Escola mainly because of its location. I wanted to stay in Liberdade but not too close to the Japão-Liberdade metro station, as the area gets extremely crowded on weekends. Instead, I opted for a quieter spot near São Joaquim station, just a few steps from Galvão Bueno street. My experience was excellent from the start. I arrived early in São Paulo, and my room was already ready, allowing me to check in ahead of time and head out right away. With Bom Retiro and Liberdade on my itinerary, having a metro station just three minutes away made getting around incredibly easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips to make the most of my stay. I booked without breakfast, as I wanted to explore Liberdade’s street market, which was a great choice. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a great window view of the Japanese lanterns and surrounding buildings. Since I stayed on a high floor, I had a quiet and restful night, except for the occasional sound of birds — specifically, the green parakeets (maritacas) that I’m already familiar with in my hometown. :) If you're looking for a convenient place to stay near Liberdade and Bom Retiro, this is a great choice. It’s also an ideal base for those who love shopping in the area. Plus, being just a short walk from the metro makes exploring São Paulo much easier.

The art and interiorism is truly remarkable, rooms are fantastic. The bar is great and staff is very friendly and willing to provide good recommendations.

This property is as good as described. Everything—the staff, the breakfast, the Japanese jacuzzis, the rooms—was exceptional. We felt incredibly safe and cared for, and the team went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We ate at the bar twice and enjoyed the burrata and picanha. I highly recommend L'hotel and hope to return in the future.
