The location is really really great. Skytrain station is very close and nearby there are many restaurants and shopping centers. I will definitely order this hotel again if I come to Richmond next time.

We arrived (moved from the hotel across the street) very early. It was still too early to check in and guest services staff cordially offered us to store our luggage in the storage room while we went out to explore the Vancouver. The location is perfect. Its close to the ariport and SkyTrain stop. Hotel has free shuttle to the airport which runs every 40 minutes. Rooms are clean and up to the standart.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so spacious and our daughter loved the pool area. Location was fantastic from coming off a 9.5 hour long flight. Have booked again in November
