Loved the pool area with fireplaces with view on the mountains. Loved the absolutely friendly personnel. Loved the coffee and tea setup for the room that you can choose yourself. Small gesture, great impact. Walking distance to downtown but you also get free bus passes with the bus stop right outside the door.

Very good hotel in the downtown in Banff. Banff Avenue is 5 minutes walk and the hotel is also located near the river, ideal for morning or evening walks. The staff was super nice and helpful. If we go back to Banff, we will definitively stay here.

Nice hotel in the center of Banff. Very nice price for the room. We were not interested in a room with a beautiful view, we only needed to stay overnight. Service is super. The rooms are well maintained. It is possible to have breakfast on site ( for a fee ) . Late check in, good wi fi , and if you like natural shampoos - they have them here. Cool👍
