CanadaThe room was spacious, comfortable, and so cozy with the fireplace. This hotel has one of the best and biggest bathrooms! Great location near Yaletown, but not so close that it's loud or busy, and lovely brunch at the Cafe next door. Very clean, great outdoor pool on the 5th floor patio, and super comfortable.

New ZealandThe staff were very friendly and efficient. The bedroom was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size. Had breakfast twice during our stay which was scrumptious and presented beautifully. We made use of the pool and sauna a couple of times, and I used the gym each day for stretching and there were yoga mats to use. The hotel even had complimentary electric bikes which we used one morning!
