Staff were absolutely exceptional they were all so friendly and made us feel at home. Our bedroom was upgraded which was such a special a great gesture. The bedroom was amazing and so clean. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all staff we loved our experience here.

Nice walk to free parking from 5pm to 8am. Great location in the center of the city. The building was a little old, but it was nice and clean. It also had a mini kitchen although we didn't use it. The staff, who were written poorly in the reviews, were properly smiling and helpful, and it was a nice stay. Coffee and tea service at the entrance was helpful.

Comfortable room. The staff are very enthusiastic. The location is convenient, you can walk up the stairs to the main street. Whislter’s local sparkling water and drinking water are provided on the third floor, which is very delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay. The manager Raj is extremely kind, helpful and has a solution to every issue. Nice rooms, pool and hot tube. A small gym, but there was everything I needed.

Location was approx 200m from both Excalibur Gondola & Whistler Gondola. Room was warm, large and comfortable. Excellent kitchen and added bonus of own laundry in-room. No daily cleaning, but happy to accommodate any requests.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean comfortable in a good size. There is an indoor hot tub & sauna on the ground floor with easy access. Robes are not supplied. There is a secure Ski storage area near reception. That only staff can access about a seven minute walk Inski boots to the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. A short walk and you’re on the village stroll near lots of restaurants and bars.

The property was undergoing a refurbishment but it didn’t impact us at all. The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and warm. It’s located right in the middle of lower Village about 100 metres from the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Exceeded our expectations
