What a fantastic & memorable experience that was. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Toronto and were literally treated like kings, in King street. Amazing service and hospitality from reception, to housekeeping, restaurant etc, fantastic spacious wonderful room and outstanding location. It was one of the most comfortable stays of my life. The rooms were big enough and comfortable for me and my family. We were travelling with a child, thus, it was extremely important to have a clean apartment with kitchen close to all the important spots. The kitchen was full with all the important appliances and tools. The location was incredible, just across the Eaton Centre and close to shops, restaurants and theatres (we had a chance to see two shows). The staff was awesome! Always happy to help, answer our questions with a big smile and postivie vibes (all of them), which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay and a positive experience.

The hotel has a very nice standard all around. The beds, pillows and duvets were exceptionally good. The complementary concierge service was super nice and handy, and surprisingly flexible even though we ended up ordering it last minute almost every time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The wifi was terrible in our room at first but we just called reception and the sent a technician that fixed it right away. The rooftop pool area was really nice too, although the area itself is rather small they kept it non-crowded and relaxing the two hour time slots guests had to reserve in advance. The gym was really nice, it was actually a real, full equipped gym and tennis courts, not like a lot of other hotels that claim the have a gym only to find out it's some dark corner of the property where they placed some machines. One of the days the rooftop bar was closed due to a supposed storm that never came, so the restaurant on the 2nd floor provided extra pool bar service since the weather turned out nice, which they actually did better than the normal staff working the rooftop bar, even though they had to bring it from the 2nd to the 28th floor. The female head waiter from the 2nd floor restaurant deserves a raise in general. She just connected well with everyone. So bravo! All in all a really enjoyable stay.

We went here for refreshments and to get out of the sun...

We went here for refreshments and to get out of the sun after being on the open topped bus tour. Went to the Amsterdam brew, service was great with lovely views over the harbour and to the airport. They were playing a medley of 60s music which I really enjoyed.
