It was one of the most comfortable stays of my life. The rooms were big enough and comfortable for me and my family. We were travelling with a child, thus, it was extremely important to have a clean apartment with kitchen close to all the important spots. The kitchen was full with all the important appliances and tools. The location was incredible, just across the Eaton Centre and close to shops, restaurants and theatres (we had a chance to see two shows). The staff was awesome! Always happy to help, answer our questions with a big smile and postivie vibes (all of them), which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay and a positive experience.

What a fantastic & memorable experience that was. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Toronto and were literally treated like kings, in King street. Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.
