We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.

It was in the heart of it all!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed! It’s in a perfect location! Your feet hurt, rooms right there, you bought stuff and didn’t want to carry it, your rooms right there! We didn’t need our car or an Uber the entire time we where there. Everything was in walking distance! We have stayed in the high end hotels in Niagara Falls and I will not be paying those prices again!

It is a fantastic location for the wateralls, we can easliy see the waterfalls from window, and the night show also fantastic. It was quite cold when we were there, but with warm room and nice views, we were so enjoyed for this trip. Hotel is in a good center with many restaurants and entertainments. If we will go next time, will stay there surely.

Fun, nice views!

Fun, nice views! The amusement park around it is also a fun place to pass time! The big pizza place was a good place to eat! We bought the pass online ahead of time which included all the rides and saved money! 2 adults had fun for a few hours!

I had my ticket on my phone , the credit card that I used to...

I had my ticket on my phone , the credit card that I used to pay for the ticket online and my drivers licence . Because my address on my licence was not the same on the ticket because I moved I was refused entry. I believed racism played a part. I came back later and used another cashier who let me in with ni issue. I made sure to pass by the one who refused me entry. She said she was the supervisor when I ask to speak to someone.
