The manager was the pleasant made me feel very welcome . Provided all the relevant information in an easy way . Suggested a number of places around the area . To know that the car was safe in a locked area was a great satisfaction of safety . Nothing was to much to help . Great place I will definitely return there .

The location was excellent, in a couple of minutes you can be wherever you want. The breakfast was awesome. The staff is always there just in case you need something more.

Monica was a lovely host, and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast room and breakfast. Location in a residential area is perfect if a bit hilly!!

I usually don't leave reviews but i was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was and especially how welcome the people working there made me feel! They were always ready to give me advice or recommendations for places to see and things to do. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll be sure to come back if i'm ever in Viña again!
