We were impressed by the hospitality of the Hotel. We felt that the Hotel truly cares about the comfort of the guests and would go the extra mile to deliver excellent services.

There are 2 dining options on site. There is a signature Japanese restaurant YONE on the 27th floor and a brasserie style all-day dining restaurant Shanghai Tavern, 3 lounge bars and 2 rooftop bars.

I had a room with a view to the Shanghai skyline and it was terrific. The location of the hotel is excellent (East Nanjing Road) and shopping and dining opportunities are plenty. The room and bathroom design were very pleasant. The hotel staff was enthusiastic and helpful.
