Clean Breakfast Vending machine Concierge Room size In general Chinese people are very nice , friendly and helpful. All the staff are amazing even the cleaners When I got sick , the receptionist gave me free medication. Every body speak english . The extra bed was not comfortable when I informed them , they made a solution. Free access to the lounge , and special thanks for the loung manager.

It was pleasant that our room was upgraded. The view of the lake and the far away Shanghai skyline was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were friendly. If we ever visit Shanghai again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. ❤️

The hotel is near the train station, and we chose it because of it. We stayed only one night. Everything was nice, we got drinks and fruits in the room when we came. The lady at the reception was so cute. It was raining when we checked out, and she gave us her own umbrella. Sorry, I don't remember her name.

I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.
