Very niice small hotel be the lake/park. Away from tourist crowds but still good n a walking distance. Green area, great teahouse ambience, diverse choices for breakfast - at the top floor with a view. Rooms woth a special window tea drinking area. Super friendly english speaking staff. Thanks for a small gift.

Very nice hotel, excellent location and very helpful staff! The room is very well appointed and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Loved the shower and the bathtub, great laundry facilities and breathtaking view from the rooftop. I would definitely recommend it if you stay in Guilin!

To start: Helen is an amazing host! Very friendly and super helpful. She even welcomed us with some tasty fruit and juice. As for the accommodation, the rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Highly recommended!

I travel a lot and have never had such a good hotel experience. Everything was perfect, from the free pick-up at the train station, where we got water right away, to the amazing atmosphere of the hotel and the luxurious rooms. The owner of the hotel knows how to make his guests feel at home, he helped and advised us with everything, he prepared an excellent breakfast every morning and on the day of departure he also gave us a card to another hotel room so that we could use the bathroom, since check-out was at 14:00 and we left at midnight. At the end of our stay, we also received a gift - excellent attitude, clearly the best accommodation of the entire stay in China. 100% recommended

Everything was great! To be honest, it felt more like a homestay (in a good way) because the staff was so welcoming and helpful! Some of them only speak Chinese but Melody speaks English fluently, so I never had any issues because of the language barrier. She organized all my transfers and even told the driver to help me find my boat. I had the room on the top floor and I would definitely recommend staying there. It's a bit higher than the other buildings, so I felt comfortable leaving my panoramic windows open to enjoy the view. Btw, the room looked the same as in the pictures, so I didn't have to adjust my expectations to reality. There was a lot of natural light and I really liked the design - some traditional Chinese elements with a modern twist. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was soft (if you live in China you know why I needed to mention that). I could only have their proper breakfast once because I would leave too early, but that one time their noodles were top-notch. And on the days when I couldn't have breakfast they would always prepare something I could take with me and it was delicious, too. I especially appreciated that there were always some fruits. Lastly, I'd like to mention the massage you can get there. From what I understood it's the same price everywhere because I saw the exact same paper with all the types of massage at a different hotel. I got the oil massage and I cannot recommend it enough. Overall, the people the hotel works with are great, too.

Everything was central to the hotel and excellent. There are all the toiletries provided to you by the hotel including slippers. Night market and street entertainment nearby. The Sun and Moon Temples were only about 7 minutes easy and Elephant Trunk Hill was about a 15-minute walk Staff was friendly. Great buffet breakfast 630-10 am and free laundry facilities. Small gym facilities.

The hotel is near the central railway station and a short walk from Elephant Trunk Hill and the lakes, so it is a really convenient base. Plus you have a view of the river which is also nice. The room is not too fancy, but it is spacious and comfortable. David was helpful, he can help you with the logistics of your stay. Food was also nice. If I come back to Guilin, I know where to stay!

Very friendly hotel staff that speak English quite well. They got me a taxi to the Longsheng Rice fields. I spent one night here and then left, leaving my big bag, returned the day after and got a room upgrade. The hotel is close to Elephant Trunk Hill and a popular shopping street. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was nice as well. The first day I had to leave early and they made me breakfast to go. When I left they gave me a little pot with black tea.

Central location like the hotel name. Near famous food/shopping street and walking distance to twin pagodas and elephant trunk hill. Room is clean and spacious with sofa corner. Comfortable king size bed. The hotel has offered free laundry too👍! The two counter ladies, 潘潘和小夏 are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you! 😊

After 1 month in China this was the best Hostel yet. Good Location near the elephant Trunk Hill and a nice breakfast for a small fee. The Coffee and Beer selection was especially extraordinary. The staff helped me with booking Several Tours and showed me around the City.
