The hotel is absolutely amazing. I am travelling the world woth my son and this trip was the best we ever had. We ended up staying longer. The host is amazing. She keeps in touch by wechat and she answered all our requests. She made our stay so much easier! The room is really spacious with comfy beds. The view is outstanding. I miss my mornings, when I just stared out of the window on the ancient city rooftops. The location is great- very centrally located yet you just make 1 turn from the buzzlin street and it's absolutely quiet. We had best nights there. Also during the whole stay i never locked the room and we were out till late. This is how safe it is. Priceless. I am the host myself and usually approach the hotels with high demands, but this time there was nothing to complain about. I purely enjoyed everything.

The hotel operator went over and above at this hotel. He helped us with taxis, bookings and gave great advice for the area. I can not recommend this place enough. The location is perfect, next to the Old Town where you can wander around for hours.

Xiao Zhao was very accomodating! He braved the rain to come and pick us up and take us around! It was rainy so we stayed inside most of the time but the stay was comfortable!

The homestay where I stayed this time greatly surprised me. The room is incredibly unique, with every corner exuding an artistic ambiance. This is a charming house situated in Lijiang ancient village. We were greeted by Jacky and Jee, the resident goldie. The hosts Jacky were hospitable and helpful with recommendations for food options and arranging our transportation. Jacky even bought us bread which was delicious on the day we checked out as we left for Shangri la early in the morning. The rooms were clean as well as the bed linens and towels. Ah Yee cooked breakfast for us, delicious warm bowl of noodles topped with her homemade chilli oil. We felt safe and at home and this is by far the best accommodation our entire Yunnan trip. Nothing. Everything was perfect
