Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are very well-sized. The reception is staffed by young people who really helped me communicate through Google Translate. This actually worked very well and also helped me get information about the city and book a tour to Shilin Stone Forest. I really liked the hotel.

This was our first stop in Yunnan and I have to say the hotel was amazing! It must be quite new, as everything still looks very sparkly! Rooms are super functional, nice size and very pretty. Every restaurant we went was great! The breakfast buffet is amazing! We had a buffet dinner there for New Year's Eve and it was super good too. Once we had a small snack in the lobby lounge on the ground level and the food was also fantastic and so was the staff! Bonus points for the next door shopping mall which is very cool too. Would definitely recommend when in Kunming.
