I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this property! 1. Delicious Food – The restaurant serves incredibly tasty meals made with the finest organic ingredients. You can tell the chef puts a lot of thought and effort into every dish. Every meal was a delight, and I looked forward to dining there each day! 2. Outstanding Service – The service was impeccable from start to finish. From the airport pickup to dining arrangements, ticket bookings, a seamless trip to the Great Wall, and finally being dropped back in the city—everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. The staff were thoughtful, attentive, and always ready to help. 3. Reasonable Pricing – Given the high-quality service, delicious food, and smooth arrangements, the price was very fair and affordable. It’s excellent value for money! Absolutely amazing stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed large and comfortable. Mickey is the perfect host! Super helpful. Picked us up from the base of the great wall for check in and then took us up in the morning helping with tickets!! The breakfast was amazing. The best one we had on our trip. The coffee was so good!! Would happily stay here again. Nice and close to the wall so very convenient. Highly recommend.

This mountain retreat enjoys a beautiful scenic location near the Great Wall, with rooms located from the base to the top of the hill.

While the price was a little high compared to other places of this standard, you cannot beat it for its location and the serenity of the environment that it is situated within. The staff are great and do their best to make sure that you have what you need and when you need it. The views from the room, if it isn't foggy, are simply stunning and time seems to stand still when you are staying there. Stan kindly provided us with transport to and from the Great Wall and this helped to set up a wonderful day for us.
